According to the Wizard of odds the home edge for the casino is as low as 2.32% on the pair plus bet. So even if you have no idea about the game you can still play for a long while before you run out of money with good chances of hitting a good hand (3 of a kind or straight flush).
When playing Three card Poker - play this strategy:
Always play the Ante and the Pair Plus bet
Always play the hand when you have Queen/6/4 or higher
